Starting a Trial

Sign In

Go to ticketcord.net/dashboard and sign in with Discord

Choose a Plan

Navigate to Billing and select Basic, Pro, or Enterprise

Start Trial

Click Start Free Trial and complete checkout

What’s Included

During your trial you get the features of your chosen plan, with one difference: AI usage is capped at 1M tokens for the trial period (instead of the plan’s full monthly allocation).

During Your Trial

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade to a different trial plan at any time.
Only if you add a payment method. Without payment info, your account automatically downgrades to Free when the trial ends.
Trials include up to 1M AI tokens, regardless of plan. The full monthly allocation (10M on Pro, 30M on Enterprise) starts with your paid subscription. If you hit the trial cap, AI features pause but everything else keeps working.
Your tickets, transcripts, and settings are preserved, and only access to paid features is restricted. Note that on the Free plan, closed-ticket content retention is up to 90 days for tickets going forward — see Plans & Pricing.

Complete the checkout to start your paid subscription

If You’ve Added Payment

  • Your subscription automatically starts
  • You’re charged for your first billing period
  • All features continue uninterrupted

If You Haven’t Added Payment

  • Account automatically downgrades to Free plan
  • Paid features become inaccessible
  • Your data is preserved
  • You can subscribe later to regain access
