## Billing Options
### Monthly vs Yearly
Save **17%** when you choose yearly billing:

Yearly plans are billed upfront for the full year and automatically renew unless cancelled.
## Free Trial
Paid plans include a **7-day free trial** (available once per account):
* Access to your plan's features during the trial
* AI usage during the trial is capped at 1M tokens (instead of the full plan allocation)
* Cancel anytime before the trial ends
* Converts to a paid subscription after the trial if a payment method is on file
If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
## What Happens When You Upgrade?
All new features are available immediately after payment
If upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for remaining days
All your existing tickets, embeds, and settings are preserved
## What Happens When You Downgrade?
* Features above your new plan limit become read-only
* Extra bots beyond your limit are automatically stopped
* Existing tickets and transcripts remain accessible, subject to your plan's retention policy
* On a downgrade to Free, closed-ticket content retention resets to the Free policy (up to 90 days) for tickets going forward
* AI tokens reset to new plan allocation at next billing cycle
## Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and some debit cards through Stripe. PayPal is not currently supported.
TicketCord provides immediate access to premium features upon purchase. During checkout, EU customers are asked to waive their 14-day withdrawal right as required by EU law, since digital services begin immediately. Once your paid subscription begins, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Free trial users can cancel at any time without being charged. Each custom Discord bot you create counts as one bot. A bot can be connected to multiple Discord servers (guilds).
No, AI tokens reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.
